Pleasant environment, friendly staff, and food is delicious. Ttied the avocado toast and sandwich arepa. Everything delicious, a good spot to chat with friends, gave a cup of coffee as well and even work.

A new addition to the neighborhood. Lively coffee shop with plenty of outdoor seating. I haven't tried their food yet, but coffee was good. And I love that they do fresh OJ :)

Really great coffee spot with lots of outdoor tables and seating. Excellent service and always an enjoyable visit. Highly recommend. Love the freedo espresso and muffins.

I love the Freddo Cappuccino it's not easy to find nice foam on top of that :) Spiridoula was so kind and helpful with me and my female friend and we both loved the spinach pie slice :) Thank you so much

Coffee Ave is one of my favorite neighborhood spots. The staff are always friendly, and the laid-back vibe makes it easy to relax. With plenty of seating both indoors and outside, it’s the kind of cafe where you can truly unwind—whether you're catching up with a friend or just enjoying some quiet time with your coffee.
